#CZMP115 This
is a small, unusual Czech bottle that reminds me of a “tree”
with the body and stopper together. It is only 3 inches tall and is 1
¼ inches at its base. Its dauber is intact and perfect and the
bottle has a round acid mark “Made in Czechoslovakia” on its
bottom. As you can tell from the photos, it is a lovely blue and in excellent
condition. The only flaws are a few tiny flea bites at the neck and a
bit of roughness on the stopper – to me, it feels more like a production
flaw than an age issue. There
is also a small chip with a related 1/16 inch crack on the outside neck
of the bottle. These flaws are typical of vintage bottles and certainly
do not detract from its looks or value. Note: To get better lighting, some photos were taken at an angle instead of straight on. Please ask questions! |
