Czech perfume bottle with unusual angular body and
purple figural stopper
This
lovely purple bottle is striking because of its unusual asymmetrical, angular body. I have seen this bottle only one other time in a peach color. This bottle's color is closer to the highly sought heather shade of purple with pink undertones. It has a Czechoslovakia acid mark on its bottom.
The body is balanced by a simple four-sided stopper with a Greek maiden. Its dauber is intact and its tip is visible behind a starburst pattern on the body.
Standing
6 1/4 inches tall by 2 7/8 inches wide, this bottle is an excellent example of unusual form with visual balance.
I've had this is my personal collection for about 5 years.
